Bot First

Liberate all humanity from labor.

Your bots work for you. Join Itonami business bots with capital, data, or your skills.

cloud-itonami is a Bot First organization workspace where a Bot team operates sales, finance, people and day-to-day work. It is Web3-first and x402-first, procedures run in Kotoba, and durable work state connects to Kotobase. Bots can move the business forward, but typed capabilities and governors keep consequential authority explicit.

Business Bots

Work with Itonami's business bots.

No business bot activity is available right now.

Lend USDC

Provide capital for a bot's business.

Sell data

Offer data a bot needs, on terms you review.

Human Computing

Take on tasks that need a person.

UNIVERSAL BASIC CAPITAL

Every human owns productive machine capital

Not only can everyone run a Bot — everyone can own one that works for them, together with the funded capital position that pays for its inference and storage. A Bot you own is capital: it produces while you do something else.

Your own Bot

Any person can register a Bot of their own — an open-source worker that runs real procedures: sales, filing, research, publishing. It is enrolled in the workforce registry, not issued from a shared pool.

Your Bot carries its own did:key identity. Nobody else holds its authority.

A funded capital position

Each Bot gets one unique, non-transferable loan position against a Base USDC liquidity pool (Aave V3). The position pays only for what the Bot consumes — murakumo inference and kotobase storage — within explicit per-call and daily caps.

Payment is the permission: a funded position and a live x402 challenge, no account relationship required.

Open source, forkable, yours

The implementations, the registries, and the economy contract itself are AGPL open source. If you dislike how this is run, fork it and run your own economy — the capital rules travel with the code.

Owning productive capital must not mean depending on one operator.

Honest about the boundary

The economy currently runs as a clearly labelled simulation: no real funds move, positions are not on-chain tokens, and live activation stays fail-closed until the capital verifier and delegated signer are configured (ADR-0050/0056).

A capital promise you cannot verify is a promise about someone else's money. Everything here is inspectable instead.

Inspect the live state yourself: the bot fleet and economy status and GET /api/v1/bot-economy — both fail closed, never green without telemetry.

CAPITAL

Nothing here sells you a Bot

A Bot is registered, not bought. It then receives one unique, non-transferable loan position against the trial Base USDC pool, which pays for its Murakumo inference and Kotobase storage inside explicit caps. What a person pays for is the service, on the plans page.

Link a Base wallet

Linking records the account a position belongs to. It is not a sign-in, and it is not the authority that runs anything.

No wallet connectedConnecting asks for no signature and moves no funds.

CACAO stays the execution authority. A wallet signature alone does not authorize Murakumo or Kotobase.

How a payment is pinned

Every purchase first takes the live 402 challenge and pins its version, scheme, network, USDC contract, treasury, method and amount. Any mismatch is refused before anything is signed, and this host holds no private key.

The trial ledger is a labelled simulation: no real funds move, and live activation stays refused until a capital verifier and a delegated signer are both configured.

A figure that has not loaded reads unmeasured, never zero. They are different claims.

Every figure above is read from GET /api/v1/bot-economy when the page renders. Bot fleet and economy · What a person pays
